Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (1) The diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke is in line with the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 and the diagnostic points of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China 2019; (2) Endovascular interventional therapy follows the Chinese Guidelines for Early Vascular Interventional Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 Standard (3) Imaging Diagnostic Criteria and Scores of Cerebral Infarction according to the 2019 edition of Chinese Guidelines for Imaging Application of Cerebrovascular Diseases and the early CT score of Alberta stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) There is a previous history of intracranial hemorrhage, including suspected subarachnoid hemorrhage; (2) Unable to cooperate with TCD and carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound examination; (3) Patients with poor TCD detection window
