60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged over 65, (2) being able to communicate independently, (3) being able to access the community sites to receive interventions, (4) being able to take meals independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) diagnosed with cognitive impairment (MMSE?<?20) (2) receiving diet therapy or special diet due to medical conditions.
