16 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients aged between 16 and 80 years; ?Duration of disorders of consciousness after brain injury =28 days; ?Complete somatosensory evoked potential and auditory brainstem evoked potential were confirmed by electrophysiological examination; ?Patients and their families should be informed voluntarily and sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with unstable vital signs; ?Patients with alcohol/drug abuse or a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; ? Patients who received sedation within 24 hours; ?MRI should exclude patients with metal or electronic implants; ?EEG examination should exclude patients with scalp injury who cannot wear the head cap; ?fNIRS examination should exclude patients with skull defects undergoing decompressive craniectomy and patients with scalp injuries who are unable to wear a head cap.

power spectral density, functional connection strength, microstate analysis, nonlinear dynamics;Amplitude and latency of auditory P300, power spectral density of SSSEP.;Resting state fNIRS indicators: functional connectivity of each channel;Task state fNIRS indicators: The mean value of grasping ball imagination and median nerve electrical stimulation;Resting state fMRI indicators: functional connectivity, local consistency, low-frequency amplitude, and degree centrality; DTI indicators: average dispersion rate, average dispersion coefficient, partial anisotropy index, relative anisotropy, structural connectivity, and structural brain network.;
