Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke in the ' Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 '. 2. Elderly population aged = 60 years old; 3. First onset, onset time = 24 h ; 5. Awareness, can cooperate to complete the assessment of sarcopenia, cognitive function ; 6. With the consent of the patient or the guardian, they can cooperate with the follow-up study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Pre stroke functional impairment: improved mRs = 4 points; ? Failure to conduct human component analysis, i.e. implantation of pacemakers or carrying metal or electronic devices within the body; ? The National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores = 15; ? Individuals with central nervous system diseases that may lead to cognitive impairment, including degenerative neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, hydrocephalus, intracranial tumors, epilepsy, intracranial infections, autoimmune diseases, etc; ? Merge severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, malignant tumors, neuromuscular conduction disorders or muscle diseases, hematopoietic and endocrine systems; ? Suffering from acute infectious diseases or in the acute stage of chronic infectious diseases; ? Individuals with a history of brain injury, a clear history of stroke, or hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease.
