18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-80 years old ; knee MRI, X-ray or arthroscopic diagnosis of unilateral KOA patients : Kellgren-lawrence rating III ( including ) below ; visual analogue scale ( VAS ) score was greater than 3 points. Willing to accept the treatment of this program, and voluntarily signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Active tumors, active inflammation, treponema pallidum, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome ( HIV ), hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus carriers ; patients with oral analgesia and other drugs ; hormonal therapy was used.
