20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA grading I-II; 2) 20 years old<age<45 years old; 3) 18.5 = BM1 = 29.9kg/m2; 4) Routine preoperative physical examination, all indicators are normal; 5) I plan to undergo painless egg retrieval surgery at the Reproductive Center of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 6) No relevant Drug allergy history 7) No history of chronic opioid and sedative use, no history of smoking or alcohol abuse 8) Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The acute stage of various diseases; 2) Poor overall health condition, combined with organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys, unable to tolerate surgery and anesthesia; 3) There are Contraindication to anesthesia: those who are allergic to propofol; 4) Coagulation dysfunction
