18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Men or women aged 18 to 40 (including 18 and 40 years old) have good overall health, and their entire teeth (except for the third molar) are permanent teeth with fully developed apices; 2) Any of the following criteria can be included: ? Healthy dental pulp and periodontal tissue: Healthy periodontal tissue, PD = 3mm, BOP3mm and attachment loss = 3mm on the buccal and lingual sides of two teeth, while excluding attachment loss caused by non periodontal reasons; Bone loss was observed on imaging. 3) Good compliance, willing and able to follow up and observe according to requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Claustrophobia patients; 2) Individuals with metal implants in their bodies; 3) Pregnant or lactating individuals; 4) Those who have metal fillings, metal restorations, or implants in their oral cavity; 5) Wearing metal orthodontic appliances; 6) Moderate to severe limitation of mouth opening; 7) Presence of space occupying lesions in the mouth (including cysts, tumors, etc.); 8) Patients with diabetes, serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory and other systemic diseases; 9) Individuals with mental illness; 10) Conventional MRI scans show parenchymal brain lesions (such as tumors, cerebral infarction, and cysts); 11) Other Contraindication of MRI scanning; 12) The patient has no medication history that affects their gum condition.
