Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with uremia patients. 2. Hemodialysis is selected as a renal replacement treatment plan, and AVF surgery is performed for the first time, 3. The surgical method is wrist cephalic vein-radial artery terminal anastomosis. 4. AVF mature without the help of any assistive technology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of AVF surgery. 2. There is arteriovenous thrombosis or thrombosis tendency before surgery. 3. The surgical method is not wrist cephalic vein-radial artery end anastomosis.
