Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. informed consent and voluntary participation. 2. the diagnosis is confirmed by an attending psychiatrist or above, and meets the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders in the Clinical Description and Diagnostic Highlights of Mental and Behavioral Disorders Classification (ICD-10), and meets the recommended diagnostic criteria for non-suicidal self-injury in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); and is diagnosed by both psychiatrists as a patient with depression with non-suicidal self-injurious behavior, assessed Hamilton Depression Inventory (HAMD-24) score of 20-35. 3. aged 13-40 years, male or female, with junior high school education or above. 4. voluntarily participate in this study, obtain informed consent from the subjects and their families and guardians, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. exclude depressed mood with organic brain disease, severe physical illness, psychoactive substance dependence, stress-related disorders, and secondary to other organic diseases. 2. exclude persons with other serious psychiatric disorders (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.) and current serious self-inflicted suicide attempts, or persons with severe excitation with hallucinations or delusions, who have taken psychoactive substances before the test. 3. previous epileptic seizures 4. patients with metal implants in their bodies
