Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association [11], confirmed by head MRI or CT examination, and confirmed by clinicians as the first single left hemisphere ischemic stroke; ? Age: 18-70 years old, all right-handed, stroke duration<6 months; ? The vital signs are stable, there is no cognitive impairment before the onset of the disease, and the aphasia screening indicates that there is aphasia and accompanied by dyslexia; ? The patient is conscious and can cooperate to complete the assessment and treatment; ? Years of education = 6 years; ? Can operate video conference software alone or under the guidance of family members; ? Sign the written informed consent.
