Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient was selected from Longyan First Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University and was suspected to be AHCM patient. Patients whose ECG showed huge inverted T wave in V4 ~ V6, and whose left ventricular apical wall thickness was more than 15mm by two-dimensional echocardiography at the end of diastole, and the ratio of apical wall thickness to left ventricular posterior wall thickness was =1. 3, showed apical hypertrophy by multi-modal imaging techniques such as gadolinium delayed enhanced cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial tomography or left ventricular angiography, which was AHCM group. In addition, healthy people matched with AHCM group in gender, age and weight were selected as normal control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) left ventricular wall thickening caused by hypertension, aortic stenosis and congenital aortic subvalvular diaphragm; (2) Patients with other valvular diseases and intracardiac shunt; (3) Patients with acute myocardial infarction; (4) any situation that can't tolerate exercise; (5) The ultrasonic image quality is poor.
