65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: aged 65-85 years old 2: ASA I-III level, lumbar spinal fusion 3: The surgical time exceeds 1 hour and is within 3 hours 4: No history of taking psychotropic drugs within two months before surgery 5: No obvious mental abnormalities or severe liver and kidney function damage before surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with ASA grade IV or above 2: Patients who have experienced any cerebrovascular accidents within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc 3: Individuals with contraindications or allergies to experimental drugs and other anesthetic drugs 4: Patients with severe heart failure and refractory hypertension 5: Patients with obvious liver and kidney dysfunction during preoperative examination 6: Patients with congenital bleeding disease, thrombocytopenia, and platelet dysfunction 7: Body mass index (BMI)30 kg/m2 8: Participated in other clinical trials within one month prior to the start of this study
