Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of outlet obstructive constipation; 2. Symptoms appeared at least 6 months before diagnosis, nearly 3 months in line with the diagnostic criteria; 3. Between 18-70 years old; 4. Informed consent and cooperate with examination, treatment and follow-up of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients with colorectal organic lesions ; ( 2 ) patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, blood system diseases ; ( 3 ) long-term use of psychotropic drugs due to mental disorders ; ( 4 ) Women in pregnancy and lactation ; ( 5 ) Exit and data missing.
