23 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)inpatient elective surgery with an expected operating time of 1-3h, (2) nurses involved in the collaboration have participated in the work for more than 1 year, have undergone admission training for operating room nurses and have been engaged in operating room nursing for more than 3 months, (3)Obtain written informed consent from the nurse.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Demonstration surgery, joint surgery and other special surgeries, (2)Nurses involved in the cooperation are advanced practice nurses and rotating nurses.
