Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Irreversible anterior displacement of the temporomandibular joint disc confirmed by MRI of the temporomandibular joint 2. Anterior and inferior displacement of the articular disc relative to the anterior slope of the condyle in the oblique sagittal position of the joint disc MRI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have received surgical treatment for temporomandibular joint disorder or (and); have other diseases that can cause maxillofacial pain; and patients who are taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or other analgesic drugs.

Design outcomes

mandibular movement, joint murmur, joint area tenderness, masticatory muscle tenderness, rest pain and occlusal pain;Morphological analysis of the articular disc;

Occlusal force ;condyle remodeling;Analysis of the positional relationship between the condyle and the articular disc;
