Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adult patients with brainstem stroke were confirmed by cranial MRI scans; ? Swallowing imaging shows swallowing disorders during the swallowing phase; ? No contraindications for examination of nasal or pharyngeal organic obstruction; ? Residents of Sichuan region aged 40-70; ? The course of the disease is 3 months to 1 year; ? Able to follow the requirements of the executing therapist and adhere to treatment; ? Both the patient and their family members sign an informed consent form, which meets the requirements of medical ethics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with decompensated cardiovascular function, infectious diseases, fever, extreme physical weakness, and various bleeding tendencies, who have experienced a major outbreak of epilepsy in the past week; ? Multiple cerebral infarction lesions, including lesions in the cortex, cerebellum, and thalamus; ? Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, and other neurological and psychiatric disorders; ? Patients with previous nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy and head and neck cancer lesions; ? Previous history of swallowing difficulties; Combined with cognitive impairment and aphasia; ? Having serious cardiovascular, pulmonary, and renal complications; ? Those who cannot cooperate with the examination and treatment.
