Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged between 8 and 18 years; 2) diagnosed with common chronic diseases in children (such as asthma, diabetes, osteoarthritis, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression/anxiety, infections, migraines, psoriasis, etc.); 3) receiving medication treatment for more than 2 weeks; 4) having good language communication skills and English or Chinese reading and writing abilities; 5) having the ability to complete the questionnaire; and 6) children and adolescents who have informed consent from themselves and their guardians and voluntarily participate in this study. Children aged 8-14 can complete the questionnaire with the assistance of their parents/guardians, medical staff, or researchers, while adolescents aged 14 and above can complete the questionnaire independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children unable to answer or complete the questionnaire.
