18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) presence of staghorn stones confirmed by non-contrast computed tomography (CT) examination; (2) aged 18-year-old or above; (3) the general condition met the standard of surgical treatment; (4) Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) solitary kidney, congenital malformation (such as horseshoe kidney and ectopic kidney); (2) patients with severe preoperative pyelonephritis; (3) combined with mental disorders or diseases and unwilling to cooperate; (4) patients with uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension who could not tolerate surgery; (5) patients with coagulation dysfunction; (6) Patients who were deemed unfit to participate in the trial by the investigator.
