Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Plan radical resection of esophageal cancer; 2. Age: >64 years old; 3. ASA classification: II-III; 4. 18.5kg/m2<BMI<30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks before surgery; 2. Patients with moderate to severe restrictive/obstructive respiratory dysfunction and moderate to severe COPD; 3. Patients with neuromuscular conduction diseases, or who have recently taken drugs that affect neuromuscular conduction; 4, liver and kidney insufficiency and malnutrition; 5, New York Heart Association:II III, IV; 6. Patients who have performed cardiothoracic surgery or diaphragm surgery.
