Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) College student population with diarrhea caused by dietary discomfort: all subjects met the diarrhea population identified in the diarrhea questionnaire, aged 18 to 30 years, and had no gender limit. (2) All subjects met the clinical criteria: no smoking, no alcoholism, no chronic diarrhea, no underlying diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe abdominal distension with risk of intestinal perforation, risk of immunodeficiency, risk of sepsis, underlying diseases of inflammatory bowel disease, history of gastrointestinal surgery; Have severe heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction and metabolic diseases, have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc. (2) Receiving antidiarrheal drugs, bulking agents, probiotics, antispasmodics, antibiotics and other drugs within the first 30 days.
