Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 18. 2.Upon admission, head imaging confirmed acute ischemic stroke and angiography indicated vertebral artery, basilar artery, and posterior cerebral artery occlusion corresponding to clinical symptoms. 3.From the time of symptom exacerbation (limb paralysis or altered state of consciousness) to the time of visit less than 8 hours, or more than 8 hours after functional imaging assessment of a clinical-image mismatch. 4.The pre-onset mRS Score was less than or equal to 2 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.It was ruled out that the arterial puncture could not be successful for various reasons, and the operation could not be carried out.
