placebo group:Placebo was given continuously for 5 days before surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who received heart valve replacement in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were selected. ? Patients with mitral or aortic valve related diseases; ? Clear consciousness, no mental disorders, and able to cooperate in completing preoperative cognitive assessment; ? Not taking sleeping aids; ? Age 18-65 years old; ? BMI (Body mass index) < 30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with history of myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction and mental disorders; ? Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; ?Those who refused to participate in the experiment; ? preoperative ejection fraction <40%; ? those who cannot communicate verbally
