Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with acute bronchitis, between the ages of 3 and 7 yr.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for this study are as follows: ? Children with a definite diagnosis of bronchial asthma; ? Children with definite croup and/or medium-fine wet rales on auscultation at enrollment; ? Children with a definite diagnosis of pneumonia at enrollment; ? Children with tuberculosis, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and primary immune deficiency; ? Children with congenital heart disease; ? Children born prematurely; ? Children with a history of adverse reactions to nebulizing drugs; ? Children with symptoms, signs, and ancillary findings suggestive of bacterial infections; ? Children who are unwilling to participate in clinical trials.
