Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 70 years old; (2) Duration of illness over 4 weeks, with well-defined necrotic boundaries and intact encapsulation; (3) Poor response to drainage, requiring endoscopic necrosectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Poor encapsulation of the necrosis; (2) Significant adjacent organs along the puncture path; (3) Severe cardiovascular or pulmonary dysfunction, coagulation disorders, etc.; (4) Refusal to sign the consent form.
