Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes established by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1999;(2) The bone mineral density of the patients was determined by whole-body dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer, which was in line with the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis formulated by WHO in 1994.(3) = 50 years old;(4) All enrolled patients were approved by the Ethics Committee and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 diabetes; (2) Acute complications of diabetes, such as ketoacidosis. (3) Patients with acute and chronic infectious diseases. (4) Other endocrine system diseases that may affect bone metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, autoimmune diseases, Cushing syndrome, etc. (5) Recent use of steroid hormones, vitamin D, calcium preparations and other drugs that interfere with bone metabolism. (6) Patients who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and have started drug therapy. (7) Tumor patients. (8) Have a fondness for alcohol and tobacco. (9) serious insufficiency of heart, kidney, liver and other organs. (10) Patients who need to stay in bed for a long time for various reasons. (11) unnatural menopause (such as patients after hysterectomy and adnexectomy).
