Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Establishment of failure model of early diagnosis of esophageal cancer Inclusion criteria: age >18 years old, pathological diagnosis of esophageal cancer, and no previous treatment for esophageal cancer. 2. Prediction model of recurrence and metastasis of esophageal cancer after radical treatment Inclusion criteria: age >18 years old, pathological diagnosis of esophageal cancer, and previous radical treatment with chemoradiotherapy or surgery. 3. Research on early screening technology of esophageal cancer based on plain CT and artificial intelligence Inclusion criteria: residents aged 40-69 years old in the selected communities; Those who understood the study procedures, volunteered to participate in the project and signed written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Establishment of failure model of early diagnosis of esophageal cancer Exclusion criteria: a history of cancer treatment within the past 3 years or concomitant second cancer. 2. Prediction model of recurrence and metastasis of esophageal cancer after radical treatment Exclusion criteria: untreated esophageal cancer cases and/or concomitant second cancer cases within the last 3 years. 3. Research on early screening technology of esophageal cancer based on plain CT and artificial intelligence Exclusion criteria: severe heart disease, heart failure; Severe respiratory disease, Dyspnea, Status asthmaticus; Posterior pharyngeal wall abscess, severe spinal deformity, or aortic aneurysm; Patients who are too weak to tolerate endoscopy or have difficulty in sedation and self-control; Acute corrosive inflammation of upper gastrointestinal tract, or suspected perforation of upper gastrointestinal tract; Massive ascites, severe abdominal distension, or severe esophageal varices; Women in pregnancy; Patients with a history of iodine allergy; Patients with bleeding tendency (abnormal blood coagulation function).
