18 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) absence of any acute or chronic inflammatory disease, as determined by a white blood cell count of less than 6000/mm2, C-reactive protein of less than 3mg/dl, and the absence of any clinical signs of infection; (ii) Glycated haemoglobin A1c less than 7.5% and fasting plasma glucose less than 180mg/dl; (iii) Systolic blood pressure less than 160 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure less than 95 mmHg; (iv) LDL cholesterol less than 100 mg/dl and HDL cholesterol greater than 35 mg/dl; ? no clinical evidence of cardiovascular or peripheral arterial disease; (vi) No concomitant drug intake, except metformin in type 2 diabetics; No alcohol or substance abuse;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Cancer is suspected on physical examination and imaging ?Patients in pregnancy ?Combined history of other malignant diseases ?Patients who have undergone bariatric surgery ? Patients who have taken weight loss drugs ?Patients who have undergone chemotherapy
