Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: diagnosed with oral lichen planus by specilists in West China Hospital of Stomatology
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoral metal restorations: including porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns, metal-containing removable dentures, dental implants, etc. 2. Poor oral hygiene: presence of dental calculus, moderate and severe levels of plaque. 3. Other oral mucosal diseases in an active phase. 4. Affected by diseases involving salivary glands: such as salivary gland inflammation, salivary gland tumors, Sjogren's syndrome, etc. 5. Other severe systemic diseases: diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, Alzheimer's disease, etc. 6. Medication within the past week: including traditional Chinese medicine, antibiotics, etc. 7. Age: 60 years old.
