Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All elderly people aged 65 and above within the jurisdiction of Shanghai Community Health Service Center (2) The subjects voluntarily joined this study, signed an informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) According to the judgment of the researcher, there are other accompanying diseases that seriously endanger the safety of the research subject or affect the completion of the study (2) Researchers think that the subjects are not suitable for inclusion
