Group B:Group B was treated with silver needle once a week, and was measured by NRS, neck dysfunction Index questionnaire, medical infrared imager, anxiety and depression scale and SF-36 at 3d, 1w, 2w

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients meeting the above diagnostic criteria :(2) men and women aged 18-70 years old; (3)MRI showed mild cervical disc bulge without space occupying lesion or spinal cord compression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not agree to participate in this study (2) those with coagulation mechanism disorders; (3) Patients with local skin ulceration or skin diseases; (4) Patients with severe hypertension and diabetes; (5) Patients with severe osteoporosis; (6) Mental patients.
