30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for atrial fibrillation; (2) Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of phlegm stasis syndrome/Qi Yin deficiency syndrome; (3) Meets the diagnostic criteria for healthy individuals; (4) Between the ages of 30 and 80, regardless of gender; (5) The patient voluntarily participates and signs an informed consent form. Those who meet the conditions (1), (4), and (5) are included in the atrial fibrillation group; Those who meet the conditions (1), (2), (4), and (5) will be included in the group of atrial fibrillation phlegm stasis syndrome/qi yin deficiency syndrome; Those who meet the conditions (3), (4), and (5) are included in the healthy group; Eligible for inclusion in the non atrial fibrillation group (4) and (5).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with Grade IV coronary heart disease and angina pectoris or acute myocardial infarction, Grade IV cardiac function, valvular heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, Dilated cardiomyopathy, Myocarditis or Congenital heart defect confirmed by examination; (2) Patients with atrial fibrillation after heart valve replacement or repair surgery; (3) Poor control of hypertension, SBP = 160mmHg, DBP = 100mmHg; (4) Patients with hyperthyroid Atrial fibrillation or dilated palpitation with atrial fibrillation confirmed by examination; (5) Patients with other serious Endocrine system, blood system and autoimmune diseases; (6) Patients with acute or chronic infectious diseases; (7) Patients with concomitant malignant tumors; (8) Patients with severe liver and kidney function damage and long-term use of related drugs; (9) Unable to cooperate with patients due to mental Nervous system disease; (10) Pregnant or lactating women.
