18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing cardiac surgery via sternotomy; 2.Aged 18~65 years; 3.ASA II~III; 4.NYHA II~IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2.Local anesthetic allergy; 3.Patients with moderate or above Pulmonary hypertension, heart failure (preoperative Ejection fraction<30%), liver and kidney dysfunction, and receiving steroid hormone, dopamine, Sodium nitroprusside or Nitroglycerin ; 4.Severe mental disease or cognitive impairment.
