Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Experimental group 1. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study; 2. Patients with written informed consent; 3. Male inpatients, aged 18-60 years; 4. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of alcohol dependence in ICD-10; 5. Staying in the ward for 1 week or more, CIWA-Ar score<9; 6. Nicotine dependence test scale score = 3; 7.Understanding and complying with relevant research requirements. Control group 1. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study; 2. Patients with written informed consent; 3. Male inpatients, aged 18-60 years; 4. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of alcohol dependence in ICD-10; 5. Staying in the ward for 1 week or more, CIWA-Ar score<9; 6. Nicotine dependence test scale score < 3; 7.Understanding and complying with relevant research requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of other mental disorders except alcohol dependence in ICD-10; 2. Patients with severe unstable physical diseases or nervous system diseases; 3. Patients with substance dependence other than alcohol dependence or tobacco dependence; 4. Patients who participated in other clinical studies within 4 weeks before enrollment.
