Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Elderly surgical inpatients aged =60 years who were to receive surgical treatment, regardless of gender; (2) Good compliance, willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe depression, schizophrenia and other mental diseases; (2) serious dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; (3) severe cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate with intervention; (4) Refuse to participate in or sign the informed consent; (5) Other reasons not suitable for participating in the test.
