Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age>18 years old,<70 years old; Has a clear history of hypertension in the past, with an admission blood pressure value of = 160mmHg; 2) Indications for surgical craniotomy that meet the following criteria: basal ganglia and thalamic hemorrhage: ? basal ganglia hematoma exceeding 30ml, temporal lobe hematoma exceeding 20ml; ? Temporal lobe inguinal hernia; ? Imaging shows significant intracranial hypertension (displacement of midline structure exceeding 5 mm; compression and occlusion of ipsilateral ventricle exceeding 1/2; blurring or disappearance of ipsilateral cistern and sulcus); 3) No other serious diseases that seriously affect the patient's prognosis; 4) The first craniotomy was performed on this case, and there is no history of surgery at the site of the surgical approach.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative dilated pupils, cerebral hernia, and unstable vital signs; 2) Having blood system diseases and long-term oral anticoagulant drug coagulation dysfunction; 3) The postoperative condition continues to worsen, with unstable vital signs and inability to undergo cranial CT examination; 4) Preoperative confirmation of tumor stroke, rupture of cerebral aneurysm, cerebral vascular malformation bleeding, vascular amyloidosis bleeding, etc; 5) Allergic constitution, allergic to contrast agents; 6) Missing visits.
