60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?ASA of?-?; ? Age 60-90 years old; ? Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy or cuneiform resection under general anesthesia and the operation time is expected longer than 3 hours; ? Signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? History of surgical operations under general anesthesia within one month before surgery; ? Patients with severe respiratory diseases, including COPD and respiratory failure before surgery; ? Pulmonary infection within one month before surgery; ? Patients with serious heart disease and heart failure before operation; (5) Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency before operation; ? History of mental illness; ? Patients who refused to participate in this study.
