Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Adults aged 18 years or older; ? The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes with papillary thyroid carcinoma or benign thyroid tumor should be made after the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and the history of diabetes =1 year; ?Paillary thyroid carcinoma tissue and thyroid benign tumor tissue need to be confirmed by postoperative pathology. (4) Para-tumor tissue should be pathologically confirmed as normal thyroid tissue; ?Tumor tissue and adjacent normal tissue samples were collected without receiving any form of thyroid surgery and chemoradiotherapy; ? Complete clinical and pathological data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus and other special types of diabetes mellitus; ? Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or serious kidney, liver, lung diseases; ? Patients with endocrine malignant tumors and malignant tumors of other systems except thyroid cancer.
