Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Baker Depression Scale score of 5-18 2. Hamilton Depression Scale score: 7-24 3. Volunteer for group therapy 4. College students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Risk of suicide; 2. Taking psychiatric medications; 3. Patients who have a pre-existing mental illness
