Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The subjects fully understand the purpose, nature and methods of the experiment, voluntarily participate in the experiment, and sign the informed consent; 2) Patients with colorectal cancer with definite pathological diagnosis can be included, including the following situations: A) patients with stage ? colorectal cancer who cannot be completely resected; B) Patients with ?-? colorectal cancer who have not been treated by surgery; 3) Age =18 years old; 4) Six types of patients who meet the criteria of TCM syndrome differentiation (TCM syndrome differentiation and classification shall be carried out by at least two deputy chief physicians).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who used antibiotics, glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants in the past week; 2) The subject has a history of other primary cancers, except the following: A) Non-melanoma cured by excision, such as basal cell carcinoma of skin; B) Cervical carcinoma in situ, local prostate cancer and ductal carcinoma in situ with a disease-free survival of =2 years after full treatment; 3) The patient underwent surgery within one month; 4) Patients with bone metastasis; 5) Combined with active tuberculosis and serious infectious diseases; 6) Drug or alcohol addicts or people with a history of abuse; 7) Patients with nervous system diseases, brain trauma, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and severe liver and kidney dysfunction (except those caused by liver metastasis or chemotherapy) and other major physical diseases; 8) pregnant or lactating women; 9) Samples considered by the researcher to have other factors that are not suitable for participating in this experiment.
