18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo elective laparoscopic radical, partial or total nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma 2. Gender unlimited 3. Age 18-70 years old 4. BMI 18-30 kg/m2 5. ASA I-III level 6. Patient informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative presence of elevated intracranial pressure, motion sickness, glaucoma, severe hypertension, or other diseases that cause nausea and vomiting. 2. inability to cooperate in communication and operation. 3. abnormal platelet or coagulation function. 4. history of local anesthetic allergy. 5. infection in the puncture area. 6. severe abnormalities in heart, lung, brain, liver, and kidney function. 7. chronic opioid addiction or use of other analgesics for more than 3 months
