Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Elective lobectomy for single-lung ventilation under general anesthesia; 2. Age 18~65 years old, gender is not limited; 3. ASA grade is I~II.; 4. BMI 18.7~28.0 kg/m2; 5. Non-emergency inpatients who have undergone routine preoperative preparation; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. History of other respiratory diseases or distant metastases other than surgical coexisting diseases; 2. Those who have lung infection or other infectious diseases before surgery and apply anti-infective therapy empirically before surgery; 3. Those who are prone to secondary infection such as traumatic operations such as tracheostomy and long-term mechanical ventilation; 4. Mediastinal thymoma with myasthenia gravis; 5. Intraoperative abdominal opening; Patients with massive bleeding during surgery requiring blood transfusion; Patients with postoperative surgery-related complications and intraoperative changes in ventilation regimen. 6.
