Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for recurrent aborted pregnancies: pregnant RSA patients attending obstetric clinics (2 or more consecutive miscarriages < 28 weeks of gestation). Inclusion criteria: ? the chromosomes of both spouses were normal; ? All endocrine indicators of pregnant women are normal; ? Pregnant women have no history of allergies and defects; ? Pregnant women have normal liver function and have not used oral contraceptives, anticoagulants, and drugs that promote fibrinolytic drugs have an effect on fetal development in the past 3 months. Inclusion criteria for healthy pregnancy: women with healthy pregnancy status.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for recurrent aborted pregnancy were: (1) reproductive tract infection; ? uterine malformation; ? Routine examination of male semen abnormalities. Exclusion criteria for healthy pregnancy: pregnant women with thrombotic diseases, hypertension, diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, liver and kidney function impairment and other diseases, with a history of abnormal pregnancy, and diseases that may affect the balance of the body's coagulation and fibrolysis system.
