Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Professional postgraduates and regular students in the Department of Orthopaedics, Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. 2. It has passed the basic and clinical assessment and entered the clinical rotation stage. 3. The rotation time of orthopaedics is at least 6 months. 4.Did not perform any type of proximal humeral fracture surgery or as an assistant. 5. The specified sex or age range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failed to passed the basic and clinical assessment and entered the clinical rotation stage. 2. The rotation time of orthopaedics is less than 6 months. 3.He or she has performed any type of proximal humeral fracture surgery or as an assistant. 4. Failing to sign an informed consent form.
