Interventions

Tset group:First, use ACNE dual frequency filters with an energy density of 11-14 J/cm2 for all acne areas. The pulse width on the left and right sides of the face is: 3-pulse treatment for 4-4-4ms on
Control group:Using other filters for treatment, the energy density, pulse number, pulse width, pulse delay, and other parameters on both sides of the face are consistent.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)According to the Pillsbury classification method, acne patients with grade I-IV; (2)No age limit; (3)No contraindication for IPL treatment; (4)Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Individuals who have received systemic or local anti-acne medication treatment within 1 month; (2)Those who are taking or externally using photosensitive drugs; (3) Patients with photosensitive diseases and a history of sun exposure within the past 1 month; (4)Individuals with scar constitution; (5)Patients with skin tumors; (6)Pregnant and lactating women; (7)Those who cannot be treated and followed up on time
