Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients had undergone previous cardiac surgery, including mitral valve surgery, aortic valve surgery, combined mitral and aortic valve surgery (double valve surgery, DVS), coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), congenital heart disease surgery, and have developed new mitral valve disease requiring surgical treatment, such as bioprosthetic valve failure, mechanical valve dysfunction, infective endocarditis, mitral valve perivalvular leak, recurrent dysfunction after mitral valvuloplasty, and new onset of severe mitral valve regurgitation or stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone aortic surgery; 2. Patients requiring concurrent aortic surgery, aortic valve surgery or CABG; 3.Preoperatively hemodynamically unstable.
