Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Post right hemicolectomy group: all outpatients (18-80 years old) who planned to receive colonoscopy after right hemicolectomy or ileocecal resection. 2) Post colectomy surgery(right colon conserved): all outpatients (18-80 years old) who planned to receive colonoscopy after selective colorectal resection (right colon conserved), including transverse colectomy, left hemicolectomy, radical sigmoidostomy, transabdominal anterior resection of rectal cancer and combined abdominal and perineal radical resection of rectal cancer. 3) Control group: outpatients (18-80 years old) who had not undergone any abdominal and pelvic surgery before and received colonoscopy in our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of other lower abdominal or pelvic operations except for those described in the inclusion criteria. 2) Intestinal anastomosis other than end-to-end anastomosis, or enterostomy has not yet been accepted. 3) Allergic to lactulose, PEG and dimethicone. 4) Those who have used cathartic, antidiarrheal and intestinal motility promoting drugs such as Guodao Tablet, Montmorillonite Powder, Mosapride within 1 week. 5) Severe colon stenosis or dysphagia; Severe gastroparesis or gastric outlet obstruction; Known or suspected intestinal obstruction or perforation. 6) Severe chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance rate170mmHg, diastolic pressure>100mmHg), dehydration, electrolyte disorder. 7) Inflammatory bowel disease or toxic megacolon. 8) Pregnant or lactating patients. 9) Unable to sign the informed consent form.
