18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis is a rectal malignancy; 2. without formerly malignant tumor history; 3. informed constent of patients and their families and they are voluntary to join the study; 4. aged 18 to 80 years,male or female; 5. Cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney function is basically normal, ECOG score 0-1; 6. patients don’t need to have an emergency operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. women in pregnancy or lactation; 2.distant metastasis; 3. failure to receive radical resection; 4. severe malnutrition or severe complication, such as cardiopulmonary, liver or kidney diseases, poor disease control with hypertension and diabetes mellitus; 5. patients with mental disease; 6. patients who are taking other clinical studies or have ever participated in other clinical studies within a month; 7. patients with multiple primary malignant tumor or other malignant tumor history; 8. patients with active infection (body temperature over 38?); 9. patients with poor treatment compliance; 10. Other reasons that researchers consider for not taking part in the study.
