Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: age=70 years old 2: diagnosed with diffuse large B cell lymphoma by two experienced pathologists according to the 4th edition of WHO 3: willing to recieve treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: uncontrolled infection 2: consistent other malignancy 3: active hepatitis B infection, HBV-DNA>10^5copies/ml 4: Severe organ dysfunction present
