Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients had to be between 18 and 40, with menopause occurring between 34 and 77 days. Either surgical or medical abortion for unplanned pregnancies; no contraception requirement within a year; and voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cannot independently use the WeChat chat function on their mobile phones, those with mental disorders, or fertility needs within half a year.
