Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single pregnancy Spontaneous conception

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined placenta previa; 2. Pregnancy induced hypertension and Gestational diabetes; 3. Merging blood system diseases; 4. Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, lungs, and kidneys in combination; 5. Merging malignant tumors; 6. Family history of high-risk genetic diseases; 7. Multiple pregnancies; 8. Patients with systemic infections 9. Patients with autoimmune diseases 10. Patients with mental disorders 11. Incomplete clinical data and unclear pregnancy outcomes
